this is really a collection of Hit the Ground tracks that I’ve randomly picked up. six tracks on the American rat race, authorities abusing their power and the way things look dark now, but can easily be changed if we make an effort. inspiring stuff. add fast-as-shit guitars, powerful drumming, semi-melodic bass and instantly recognisable vocals – and you’ve got great stuff! a bit reminiscent of Nothing’s Forgotten, but with more society-oriented lyrics. sounds like they’ve been listening to AFI with those perfect backing vocals too. get this.
