Morten “Morfar” Samdal plays drums in Build Nest, Sleep and Youth Pictures of Florence Henderson. he also plays blip blop pop in his solo project, Morfar. he plays some noisy blip blops, but mostly cozy blip blops. it even resembles stuff like Mar and Sigur Rós at times, due to the overall cozyness and awesomeness. also Morfar can’t sing for shit, which gives this a certain distinctive stamp. so if you are into moody electronica with emo lyrics and Cap’n Jazz comparable vocals, this is for you. buy it if you like it *too* much at http://www.howisannierecords.com – along with a lot of other good stuff. flawless label.
